Emails to Library Patrons
Patrons who sign up for Creativebug through the library's custom landing page will have the option to receive emails from Creativebug inviting them to check out new, themed, and live classes. The default setting allows patrons to choose to opt out of emails at the time of their account registration or later via their account settings. Other configurations allow default opt-out, allowing patrons to opt in at the time of registration or absolute opt-out, in which the checkbox will not be displayed.


Please select the preferred setup during the setup process for your landing page. If your library ever needs to change their preference for patron email communications, please reach out to Theresa King.
Emails to Library Staff and Library Admins
Each member of your staff who will be promoting and using Creativebug will need a Creativebug account. An active account allows staff to enjoy access to classes, custom watchlists for programming, and much more!
Anyone identified as Staff in the library's admin portal will receive monthly emails from Creativebug featuring new classes and upcoming livestream events to promote to library patrons.
To add someone to the email list, simply log into your library's portal, navigate to "Account Info," search and select the correct account, click "Edit," and select "Staff" from the "Account Type" dropdown menu.
