What if a patron’s library card number changes?
Please reach out to the libraries@creativebug.com with the request and include the patron’s email address, old barcode number, and new barcode number.
What if a patron already has a Creativebug account/subscription, but they want to convert their account to the library’s Creativebug subscription?
The patron will need to authenticate via your custom library landing page (or via proxy server), then they will be prompted to log in with their email address. Please note the hyperlink log in now, shown in red below. Once they authenticate and log in with their email, their account will be updated to reflect your library’s Creativebug subscription.

Do you ever remove content from MARC files?
We don't handle additions or deletions as separate files; we don't pass along any deleted classes (as this doesn't happen often). We generate a file of all classes that have not been deleted and are visible. The delta file we generate are for all classes that have been added since the last time MARC files were generated. If you want to be sure you have an accurate representation of the catalog, we suggest deleting all existing Creativebug MARC records and then reimport the full list.
Is the video and other content in English only?
Currently our content is only available in English. We’re working towards more options for language accessibility.
Where can I find transcripts of the classes?
Transcripts are found under the “Resources” tab, located below the video player.
