Plan Your Program
Once you’ve found your inspiration, it's time to get prepared!
Check out what supplies you’ll needfor your classes to make sure there are plenty of materials to complete your selected project. The list of materials is featured in the “GET STARTED” tab located below the video player of the class selected. Some classes also have a class PDF that you can download in advance and make copies for your attendees.

Watch your videos in advance to be sure you will have enough time to complete the project in the allotted time. Use the “Add Annotation” feature to make note of times that may be good stopping spots. A flag will appear at the timestamp where you saved it on the video player. In the “RESOURCES” tab you can find the time stamp and note description of each note you created. Plan extra time for pausing and helping your attendees in case there are questions.

Refer to the Chapters section located to the right of the video playerto find out how much time you’ll need for each video.

Test your Technology. Make sure your device and screen all work, including your audio. If you need to turn on captions, be sure to click the CC button at the bottom of the video player.

Invite Your Patrons to Attend
You worked hard to plan your program, now it’s time to promote it! Creativebug’s marketing and promotional resources, located in your custom admin portal, will help you in sharing the news about your upcoming programs on your library’s website, through social media, and through printed materials in the library.
Share your Watchlist
Add any class to your watchlist by clicking the “Watchlist” icon in the menu bar at the bottom of the video. This feature is especially helpful when creating a list of classes that align with your programming themes.

Once you’ve added to your Watchlist, use the Account icon to access your Watchlist.

Click the “Share My Watchlist” link in the menu bar of your Watchlist and select the link that corresponds with the platform through which you will share with your patrons.
